He’s Not Bad — He’s Just in the Wrong Place

Sometimes the problem isn’t that someone is bad at their job — they’re simply in the wrong role.

Move a person to where their talent belongs, and the same individual can go from struggling… to shining.

I was given a chance once. That experience taught me the value of giving chances back.

Sometimes all it takes is the courage to try cross-department training, and the luck of finding a leader who is willing to see you differently, give you an opportunity, and allow you to grow.

It takes confidence to admit: “I hired right, but placed wrong.”
